grade! You will need the supplies listed below on the first day of school- September 8, 2009. Your teachers are
providing this list early so your family can watch for sales on supplies
throughout the summer.

materials fee will be collected during the first week of school. Please make
checks payable to “Fairhaven Middle
School.” Students will be provided graph paper composition books- 4 for
science, 5 for math and an angle ruler. Please do NOT purchase these comp
books ahead of time.

of any of the listed supplies would be greatly appreciated (to support students
who may be unable to afford materials).
